Job Description

Position Overview

The Business Insight Manager serves as a people leader who coordinates enterprise complaints, manages engagement activities, and leads a team of trainers and compliance/reporting staff. This role consolidates training efforts, oversees reporting and metrics, and acts as an air traffic controller for leadership, ensuring smooth communication and workflow across the organization. The Business Insight Manager is responsible for the operational management of their assigned functional areas and regions, delivering quality service and effective operational support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of trainers and compliance/reporting staff, providing direction, guidance, and support to nine direct reports.

  • Coordinate enterprise-level complaint processes and engagement activities.
  • Consolidate training programs and ensure consistency and quality across all training initiatives.
  • Oversee all reporting and metrics for the department to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Act as the primary liaison ("air traffic controller") for leadership, facilitating communication and workflow management.
  • Ensure effective operations support for assigned internal and external customers.
  • Administer corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in reviewing and recommending operational systems and procedures for assigned units.
  • Coordinate system conversions and other operational changes from an operations perspective.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of trainers and compliance/reporting staff, including performance management and professional development.
  • Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and engagement activities for direct reports
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
This postion Is hybrid. Two days per week can be from home and it requires three days a week or more at any of the following locations: Tempe, AZ: Fargo, ND: or St Paul, MN

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
