  • Champion Automation: Bring efficiency and innovation to reporting and integration through Python scripting, automating workflows and streamlining processes.

  • Empower Leadership: Provide actionable insights to business segment leaders with world-class information and analytics capabilities.

  • Break Down Barriers: Integrate siloed and external data sources to enable predictive analytics and deeper understanding of customer behaviour.

Breadth & Depth

  • Technical Mastery: Demonstrate expert knowledge across business technical environments- user applications, software, hardware, programming (Python) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Co-pilot).

  • Subject Matter Leadership: Be the go-to expert across multiple data domains, consulting on research, design, solutions and testing.

  • Strategic Impact: Shape and evolve business information management discipline and strategy, leading solutions for medium-term (6–12 months) challenges.

  • Senior Partnership: Report directly to senior management or executive leadership, influencing direction at the highest levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate required; graduate degree preferred.

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial fields.

  • Proven expertise in business information management, data analysis and governance.

  • Strong hands-on experience with automation, Python scripting and process improvement.

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard reporting.

  • Solid understanding of Co-pilot and other modern AI-powered productivity tools.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
