Technical Mastery: Demonstrate expert knowledge across business technical environments- user applications, software, hardware, programming (Python) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Co-pilot).
Subject Matter Leadership: Be the go-to expert across multiple data domains, consulting on research, design, solutions and testing.
Strategic Impact: Shape and evolve business information management discipline and strategy, leading solutions for medium-term (6–12 months) challenges.
Senior Partnership: Report directly to senior management or executive leadership, influencing direction at the highest levels.
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate required; graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific or financial fields.
Proven expertise in business information management, data analysis and governance.
Strong hands-on experience with automation, Python scripting and process improvement.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard reporting.
Solid understanding of Co-pilot and other modern AI-powered productivity tools.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
