As a Business Improvement Manager based in Portadown you’ll be responsible for:
Aligning sales demand with fulfilment operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Drive improved profitability by using data insights to inform decisions and optimise performance.
Enhance organisational agility, enabling quick and effective responses to market shifts and supply‑chain changes.
Ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Managing reporting systems, data governance and reporting frameworks to drive data-driven culture across the organization.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Proven experience in a business improvement, continuous improvement, or change management role
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
Comfortable influencing, challenging, and engaging others to drive change
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using Kerridge & Phocas would be advantageous
