Position Summary You will lead commercial activities in Patna to grow our business and improve patient care. You will work with field colleagues and cross-functional partners to design and deliver territory plans, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and bring practical field insight to local strategies. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and grow your assigned territory by developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders. - Share clear, balanced scientific and clinical information to support better patient care. - Plan and run local educational activities and events aligned to business and medical priorities. - Use field data and insight to create local action plans, monitor progress and adapt activities to meet targets. - Collaborate with colleagues across sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies. - Ensure all activities comply with company policy, local laws and ethical standards. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and regional languages is an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders. - Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and other platforms. - Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs or related field roles. - Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events. - Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans. - Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems. - Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills. - Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions.
