The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting business procedures and policies through the full lifecycle, including creation, revision, quality review, and publication
  • Small Business Banking experience highly desired
  • Experience using and maintaining a policy governance platform
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Skilled in presenting both in‑progress and completed work to cross‑functional teams and leadership
  • Adaptability to respond to shifting priorities, organizational changes, and dynamic business needs while maintaining high performance
  • Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex issues, identify when escalation is necessary, and communicate escalations clearly to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Ability to streamline processes and simplify complex tasks to improve efficiency
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Exceptional execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to organizational standards
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
