Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Interface effectively with the technology and LOB stakeholders to support the projects in agile manner.
Ability to partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives & goals.
Understand data flows from ingestion to output for covered applications.
Maintain routines to track progress against published project deliverable timelines.
Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery.
Work flexibly between the hours of 3:30 pm to 12:30 am IST (6:00 am to 3:00 pm EST) to cover West Coast needs for all work identified, represent user base there and to cover the full East Coast time zone a well for cross CIB Ops engagement.
Engage with leads and users across CIB Ops to ensure projects are moved forward and understood thoroughly.
Support OPICS team with these efforts, flexible, able to see full picture, put together materials that meet PSD and Senior Management standards.
Ability to drive requirements for some of these key projects that need to get stood up.
Graduate degree or higher / MBA (Preferred)
4 years minimum experience with Business Analyst/Product Ownership project work, including QA testing and test script writing.
2 years minimum experience with Agile SDLC
2 years minimum capital markets/banking product or operations experience
1-year minimum experience using Jira
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Candidate should have experience in Capital Markets-FX space.
SWIFT experience is must.
Candidate should have experience in writing BRD’s, test cases and performing & coordinating UAT.
Proficient, skilled in PowerPoint presentation creation and presentation
1 year + Opics experience as a user or business analyst
1 year + FX Operations/FX Investigations experience
1 year capital markets cash management experience in ops or as business analyst
