About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Management, User Acceptance Testing, or Technology Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
- Ability to create detailed user stories, documentation, and artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience preparing functional specifications for technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry practices and organizational strategies.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly in delivery and documentation.
Job Expectations:
- Graduate/Post-graduate with relevant work experience in Financial/BFSI industry
- Exposure to Pega workflow, technical aspects and cloud migrations will be highly preferred.
- Certifications in Agile, SDLC and PSPO, CSPO, BA, Scrum principles will be preferred
- Experience in business-technology environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working within both waterfall and agile methods of project delivery.
- Fluent in the following applications: All MS Office Application and Agile Enterprise Jira, and Confluence.
- This role requires hybrid working set-up with at least 3 days working from office in a week or as per required policy.
- Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables.
- Support the product roadmap for WIM Product Ops.
- Analyze current‑state processes, assess impacts, and recommend target‑state improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- Create detailed process flows, user journeys, wireframes, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Identify, analyze, document, and validate business requirements including future AI‑driven capabilities.
- Define and document requirements and user stories using Jira; ensure backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Maintain structured documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
- Refine user stories, manage and prioritize backlogs, and participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, testing, design) to ensure end‑to‑end customer journeys are met.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Compliance, UAT, and QA teams.
- Oversee QA efforts including test strategy, UAT coordination, defect documentation, triage, and release readiness.
- Partner with third‑party vendors on testing, issue resolution, and delivery commitments.
- Collect post‑implementation feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead teams to meet project goals and deliverables.
- Lead projects, teams, or act as a mentor to junior staff.
- Display a high degree of stakeholder engagement and influence internal/external partners toward future‑state business objectives.
- Work closely with Project Management to ensure project timelines, risks, issues, and interdependencies are effectively managed.
- Shift timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30PM IST. Should be flexible to stretch based on business needs.
- This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, QA, operations, and multiple cross‑functional partners to deliver stable, compliant, and high‑quality customer experiences.
