About the Role
As a Business Execution Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency, enhancing operational frameworks, and fostering a high-performing culture that aligns with Wells Fargo’s strategic vision. This position requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
Lead and empower a team of administrative professionals, setting clear objectives, and holding employees accountable for performance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across the administrative team to ensure seamless support and alignment with business priorities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for all administrative procedures.
Provide guidance on core administrative responsibilities and identify opportunities to enhance support delivery.
Mitigate risk through strong oversight of administrative processes and adherence to policy.
Make day-to-day supervisory decisions on workflow, communications, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, recommending strategies for change and process improvement.
Interact daily with the administrative team and partner with other managers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Deliver an elevated level of customer service to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage allocation of administrative work across the supported footprint to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Inspire and develop talent, provide career guidance, and foster professional growth.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
1+ years leadership experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading initiatives across Commercial Banking.
Proven history participating in administrative business objectives such as Concur, Expense Management, Meetings, Events, Sponsorships, and Memberships.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CoPilot, and collaboration tools such as Teams Channels.
Ability to understand and write desk procedures.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working with senior-level leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead through change efforts.
Ability to innovate new, fresh ideas and solutions to simplify work management.
Experience managing work and/or employees across multiple businesses and geographies.
Job Expectations:
