Global Business Engagement & Delivery Initiation Governance
- Own and govern the end‑to‑end Business Engagement and Delivery Initiation intake process for PSD‑GCC.
- Ensure consistent adoption of centralized RR creation, early engagement, and delivery readiness practices across all geographies.
- Establish and run recurring governance and cadence calls with:
- PSD‑GCC Delivery Leadership
- Business Engagement Team (BET)
- Workforce Management (WFM) / Workforce Brokers
- Cluster & Geo stakeholders
- Act as the primary leadership interface between Business, Delivery, and Workforce functions within A&PS.
2. Workforce Forecasting & Strategic Capacity Planning
- Own capacity, capability, and demand planning aligned to A&PS forecast, pipeline, and booked business.
- Translate pursuit and deal pipeline signals into actionable workforce plans.
- Maintain deep understanding of:
- A&PS service portfolios
- GCC delivery models (Staff Aug, Outcome‑based, Hybrid)
- Pursuit‑to‑delivery lifecycle
- Project and delivery management principles
- Support qualification and closure of medium to large delivery opportunities by validating workforce readiness and execution feasibility.
3. Resource Allocation & Optimization
- Ensure right skill, right role, right time deployment across GCC engagements.
- Partner with WFM and WFB teams to:
- Optimize utilization
- Balance cross‑geo demand
- Drive proactive mitigation of:
- Skill gaps
- Capacity constraints
- Delivery risks and sequencing conflicts
4. Monitoring, Reporting & Executive Insights
- Define, track, and govern Business Engagement KPIs, including:
- Staffing effectiveness
- Capacity utilization
- Delivery initiation compliance
- Provide executive‑ready dashboards and insights for PSD‑GCC leadership and Geo stakeholders.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement in engagement effectiveness and workforce planning maturity.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Escalation Management
- Act as the central escalation and orchestration point for delivery initiation and workforce‑related challenges.
- Partner closely with:
- Workforce Management Team
- Delivery Managers and Practice Leads
- Cluster and Geo leadership
- Ensure strong integration between GCC execution models and Global Workforce Strategy.
6. Technology, Automation & Enablement
- Leverage workforce and engagement tools (dashboards, trackers, planners) to enhance visibility and decision‑making.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities across:
- Delivery Forecast
- Capacity planning
- Reporting and governance
- Apply strong understanding of delivery standards, and operating models to design scalable and compliant engagement workflows.
7. Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Anticipate demand volatility and delivery risks; develop proactive contingency plans.
- Work with Project, Delivery, and Geo Managers to ensure:
- Early risk identification
- Clean handoffs from pursuit to execution
- Delivery continuity
- Mitigate workforce‑related risks impacting schedule, cost, quality, or customer experience.
8. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Own continuous improvement of Business Engagement and Delivery Initiation governance models.
- Drive standardization and best‑practice adoption across regions and clusters.
- Incorporate learnings from delivery execution, retrospectives, and leadership feedback into process enhancements.

- Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud delivery models
- Consulting mindset across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS, and emerging technologies
What you need to bring :
Education & Experience
- 10+ years of IT industry experience across pursuit, engagement, and delivery functions
- 5+ years in infrastructure services or large‑scale global delivery programs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable leadership insights
- Proven leadership, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration experience
