Build your career and Australia’s future
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Business Enablement Manager to join our Integrated Network Environment Services (INES) team in Melbourne.
A bit about your role
As the Business Enablement Manager, you will help shape the INES operating model by embedding processes, rhythms and culture that enable a high‑performing and engaged team. You will provide business management support across budgeting, vendor management and purchasing, while guiding the design and improvement of processes that strengthen collaboration and integration across nbn. This role will be central to ensuring the INES vision is clearly communicated, embraced and delivered, creating clarity and alignment across the organisation.
A bit about you
You are collaborative and purposeful, with experience in business management and process design within complex organisations. You thrive on building strong connections, influencing across diverse teams and creating environments where people feel valued and inspired. With a pragmatic approach and a focus on continuous improvement, you are confident in leading cultural change initiatives and embedding new ways of working.
Ideally, you hold a relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification and bring more than five years of professional experience, including managing financial and operational aspects of a business. You have exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills, proven success in managing complex programs and initiatives, and detailed knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Lean and DevOps.
Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with experience in business operations, process improvement and program management within technical or infrastructure environments, will ensure you can drive integration, collaboration and cultural change across nbn.
