This position will sit at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico during the Internship period. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Do:

  • Support administrative and operational activities related to project and resource management processes

  • Facilitate regular data quality reviews to ensure information is accurate, complete, and maintained on a consistent cadence

  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Resource Managers to support timely reviews and updates

  • Identify data inconsistencies and support continuous improvement efforts

  • Assist with preparation, validation, and presentation of reports and dashboards related to resource utilization and operational performance

  • Support documentation of processes and standard operating procedures as needed

What You Will Learn:

  • Develop skills in managing projects, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency within a corporate environment

  • Gain proficiency in analyzing business data, creating reports, and using tools to support decision-making and strategy development

  • Build experience working across various departments, enhancing communication and teamwork skills to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience developing software using Python or Javascript/Typescript language.

  • Experience developing web-based solutions.
