What you'll do
Manage the planning and execution of product marketing and discontinuation strategies to align with market opportunities.
Analyse market dynamics, competition , key customers and prospects to define the right Go To market for Ruminants in Iberia
Deliver accurate sales and profit forecasts, contributing to the company’s financial planning.
Propose and plan targetted marketing strategy to maximize sales and profitability for new and existing products and services
Scout and define new business opportunities including product re-launches, innovations, and market expansions.
Craft commercial specifications for product innovations and improvements to meet market demands.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners both local and global to ensure the successful communication and rollout of marketing masterplan.
Oversee product performance and quality control, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and customer satisfaction.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the potential and ability to lead others and inspire respect through your actions. Experience in a marketing leadership role within the animal nutrition, agri-food or life sciences sectors is strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
You'll also need:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field
Previous background in the field of Ruminants.
Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and annual plans
Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
Strong budget management and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication skills and a confident stakeholder management style
Comfort working in a matrixed organisation with both regional and global stakeholders
