In this role you will be required to perform, deliver and manage the day-to-day activities of business development client service delivery through effective people and service management in order to foster client centricity, increased productivity and enable operational excellence for the business development teams.

  • Ensure that all legal documents and processes are followed when signing up an order.

  • Manage and Responsible for the entire Request for Quote (RFQ)/ tender process for assigned customers.

  • Manage the collation and development and communication of service pricing and annual rate reviews.

  • Product development activities for all customers inclusive of quote.

  • In collaboration with the reporting and analytics teams (Business Intelligence), ensure reports and dashboards are updated and distributed to the team enabling them to digest and deliver meaningful research on existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to inform and support business development opportunities, strategies, and decisions.

  • Support with activities related to the development and maintaining of a healthy pipeline of the new business opportunities.

  • Manage and support assigned accounts, including contract renewals, new business opportunities and customer strategy.

  • Maintains customer database and update pipeline timeously and track and follow-up on marketing and business development leads.

  • Assist in developing and implementing the business areas Business Development strategy.

  • Manage the delivery of efficient client service administration processes and procedures.

  • Manage the adherence and compliance to company polices, instructions and relevant legislation within all the client service functions.

  • Monitor and manage the achievement of service level agreements to ensure excellence in the client services function.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Honours, Masters will be an advantage.   
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within an asset management or investment consulting environment, specifically across RFPs, due diligence, and reporting.
