职位目标

  • 在广阔零售市场中有效提升业务,并通过逐步管理和扩大下线渗透率,推动区域业务增长。
  • 完成与广阔零售分销商的沟通和目标设定,确保分销目标的有序实现,评估SKU的销售组合,并扩大区域分销商,以覆盖更多的非目标终端。

主要工作职责:

依据公司的整体政策,合理制定及实施区域内的广阔零售分销策略 根据策略制定各区域广阔零售市场业务发展计划,通过辖区经销商的管理,完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成,提升市场占有率,提高对本区域广阔零售终端市场的掌控能力。 与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合,积极推动生意健康持续发展。 区域客户总部和分部的沟通,维护客户良好的客户合作关系,管理所辖区域客户的收益率(包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等),定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。 负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发、维护与管理,包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈,持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额、品牌可见度及影响力,与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系 直线经理安排的其他销售相关工作

任职条件:

  • 大学专科或以上学历,医药、市场营销或相关专业
  • 具有3年以上药品或消费品销售工作,大客户管理经验和渠道管理经验
  • 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关政策法规
  • 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点,具备一定的供应链管理的知识
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)等
  • 优秀的销售能力
  • 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
  • 具有一定逻辑思维和市场分析能力
