We are looking to hire a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.
How you will make a difference:
- Drive the development and execution of our commercial growth strategy in Spain, helping to shape the direction of our business expansion.
- Spot and win new clients in high-potential sectors, leveraging your market insight and regional expertise to open profitable new accounts.
- Turn leads into lasting partnerships by transforming opportunities into measurable business success.
- Achieve and exceed targets for client acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Launch new services with impact, track performance, and continuously grow business volume and client engagement.
- Nurture and manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and mutual growth.
- Partner closely with the Recruitment team, ensuring seamless communication and a consistent focus on delivering exceptional service quality.
