Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Pantry executives, including roster arrangement, assign duties, performance management, and providing training when necessary.
  • Coordinate between customers & Pantry executives to maintain good daily operation & customer engagement.
  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis to confirm snacks & drinks replenishment. Provide inventory reports to customers.
  • Liaise with internal cross functions department to ensure smooth operation
  • Handle customers complaint when necessary
  • Handle Ad-hoc duties with hands-on experience

Job Requirements

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years work experiences of which customer-facing will be an advantage
  • With facilities management experience is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and to manage multi-task under the tight deadlines
  • Independent, self-driven and willing to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Native in Chinese with fair command of English.
