Business Development Specialist
Location: Home-based in APAC (ideally Korea or Japan)

What you will do:
Conduct research and prospecting to identify new biotech companies and consultants in APAC.
Initiate outreach and convert prospects into qualified leads for Business Development Managers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Commercial Development teams to align on value propositions.
Support conference and trade show preparation, including booth duty and partnering meetings.
Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build a strong pipeline.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
0–4 years of experience in commercial, field marketing, or technical roles within Biotech, Pharma, or CDMO.
Business-fluent English; Japanese or Korean language skills are a plus.
Strong communication and networking skills; thrives on building relationships.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about drug development processes.
