The Position:
Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a dynamic and empowering environment composed of motivated self-starters who enjoy the thrill of working at a fast pace. We are looking for a talented inside sales representative who is passionate about identifying opportunities within a large pool of contacts generated by our marketing programs and other lead-generation tools. This individual will work with a designated Regional Sales Manager to identify, develop, and deliver high-quality sales leads to the sales team. Candidates should be ambitious, aggressive self-starters with a strong “hunter” mentality to fill the role of Business Development Representative within the homebuilder division. This person will learn about our prospects’ businesses, our industry, our business, and our products.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify qualified leads/opportunities in a specific territory through telephone and email communications, and provide a list to the sales team
Follow-up, nurture, qualify, engage, and report on leads
Follow-up on all marketing lead-generating programs, such as mailings, email campaigns, webinars, website inquiries, and other initiatives
Procure or create targeted lists fitting our customer profile and contact from many sources - creative data analysis is required
Log communications, phone calls, and conversations into our CRM system
Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among prospects
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual personal and team sales objectives
Other responsibilities as required
Job Qualifications and Requirements
College Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Professional individual with superior phone skills and a dynamic personality
Previous experience within the construction, software, or real estate industries is an asset
Ability to use Excel, databases, and social media to find leads
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
Excellent presentation skills (online)
1-3 years Telephone sales/Telemarketing experience
High call volume/email volume experience is a plus
Highly motivated, High energy
Excellent client services skills
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
Outgoing and friendly personality
Aggressive and motivated self-starter, with the ability to work well within guidelines while being creative
