nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.
At nCino, we're on a mission to digitise and reengineer the way financial institutions operate — helping banks, credit unions and lenders of every size deliver faster, smarter, more connected experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you're right at the heart of that mission.
This is a role for someone who thrives on creating meaningful conversations and opening doors. Partnering closely with an Account Executive, you'll own the pipeline generation strategy for your territory — freeing your AE to focus on progressing deals while you uncover and qualify the next wave of opportunities. You'll work across cold outreach, social selling, event follow-up and marketing campaign response, bringing real energy and structure to how we grow our footprint across EMEA.
If you're someone who sees 'no' as the start of a better conversation, enjoys working with a toolkit of modern sales technology, and wants to grow your career within a global fintech business that's genuinely changing an industry — we'd love to hear from you.
