The ideal candidate has successfully generated new business for a SaaS organization with a recurring revenue model, selling into large enterprise accounts in the healthcare space. This Business Development Representative is a proven prospector with a strong bias for action, crisp execution, and intellectual curiosity - driving deep product knowledge and the ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads that convert into first meetings and pipeline.

This role promotes and maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards and forging strong relationships across the LeanTaaS team, customers, and prospects. A successful BDR establishes trust and collaboration internally and externally, positively influencing direction, strategy, and growth. You’ll be a key architect and driver of client acquisition and revenue acceleration.
