Location: London, Harley Street
Part-Time: 24 hours per week; any 3 days (Mon to Fri)
Contract: Permanent, hybrid minimum of one day per week in the office
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum pro rata

 
We’re looking for a Business Development Officer to join our primary care team at our prestigious private GP clinic in Harley Street. This is a supportive and friendly team, and the role plays an important part in strengthening our relationships across luxury hospitality. You’ll help enhance our brand presence especially with hotel partners and concierge teams, working closely with the Business Development Manager to deliver consistent, high‑quality engagement. This is a role where you’ll spend time out and about across London meeting current and new partners face to face, supporting our activity on the ground, and representing us at key industry events. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively, and contributing to meaningful commercial growth.
As a Business Development Officer you’ll support all aspects of business development activity. You’ll help prepare proposals, materials and reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure our partners receive timely communication and support. The role is varied and hands‑on, giving you the chance to build trusted relationships especially across hotel concierge networks while helping the Business Development Manager with admin tasks so they can focus on strategic initiatives.
This role will give you the opportunity to develop your commercial and partnership skills.

What you’ll do:
  • Act as a liaison for hotel concierge teams and hospitality partners
  • Build and maintain trusted B2B relationships across hotel networks
  • Represent us at monthly Les Clefs d’Or meetings and concierge networking events
  • Gather and relay feedback from concierges and hotel partners, running reports and keeping spreadsheets up to date
  • Support daily business development operations, including preparing materials, reports and CRM updates

What you’ll bring:
  • Experience building trusted B2B relationships and working to KPI's
  • Confidence engaging with external stakeholders face to face
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage CRM systems accurately
  • A proactive approach with confidence working independently and spending time on site
