To accelerate Vespel® shapes & parts business growth in focused markets incl. Electronics and Transportation in Korea, we are seeking a capable business development manager, who will work closely with marketing and TS&D Team, to meet key customers and channel partner’s needs and generate new growth opportunities from Korea.   This role will be reporting to APAC Regional Commercial Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute Korea’s new business development plan aligned with regional 4P strategy.
  • Develop Korea opportunity pipeline together with marketing and TS&D team.  provide timely update through SFDC.
  • Enhance our position and sales with key and experiment accounts in Korea.
  • Map out leading & relevant value chain players & key influencers in Korea and spec in DuPont Vespel® solutions.
  • Monitor competition and collect & share market intelligence with marketing and commercial Leader for timely and effective response.
  • Support Marketing team for Marcom plan execution for brand promotion and leads generation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in microelectronics, material or chemical engineering related. 
  • 5 years or above new business development and/or key account management experience preferably in semiconductor and electronics related market.
  • Good understanding with high performance polymers and process.
  • Customer focus mindset with strong capability and sense of urgency to understand and address customer needs and issues throughout the value chain. 
  • Fluency in English, and good communication and people skill in various environment.
  • Sophisticated computer skills including the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SFDC
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Be able to travel at least 30% time.
