What You’ll Do:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth for Diversey Vietnam by developing market strategies and managing distributor partners to deliver products and services to customers across the country. This role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening distributor capability, and ensuring profitable sales growth while delivering value-added solutions to customers in FSR segment, Retail Segment.

The position will also develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor and direct key customers to ensure that Diversey’s products, equipment, and service solutions meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share and grow profitable sales across Vietnam through distributor partners and key customers.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in key segments such as hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage, institutional, and industrial sectors.

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and distributor partners, ensuring strong collaboration and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop Annual Operating Plans (AOP), sales forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with management and ensure effective execution through distributor channels.

  • Monitor distributor performance, provide coaching and guidance to improve sales capability, and ensure effective implementation of sales programs and marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical service, supply chain, and operations to deliver differentiated solutions and support customers.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative value-added solutions.

  • Ensure proper implementation of Diversey product application, equipment usage, and safety standards at customer sites.

  • Coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, hygiene, or food service.

  • Experience in hospitality, food service, healthcare, or industrial hygiene sectors is an advantage

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large customers.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to customers

  • Customer-first mindset with strong relationship building and stakeholder management; collaborative, cross-functional working style.

  • Willing to travel across the southern region and nationwide as required.
