Your Impact

As a Retirement BDM, you’ll:

• Build deep relationships with advisers, practices, and licensees, supporting quality retirement and portfolio outcomes for clients.
• Lead conversations on lifetime income, portfolio construction, aged care strategies and the evolving needs of retirees.
• Drive strategic growth, leveraging Challenger’s market-leading products and partnerships.
• Drive consistent external activity to meet strategic objectives and sales outcomes.
• Be a visible leader in the advice community, delivering workshops, presentations, and market insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in financial services, with a passion for retirement income, fixed income, and portfolio construction.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• A customer-first mindset and a track record of business growth.
• Sound understanding of financial markets, social security, tax and superannuation rules.
• RG146 compliance across Managed Investments, Superannuation, Life Insurance, Securities, and Derivatives.
• A collaborative spirit and the drive to set a high-performance benchmark.
