ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Business Development Manager, you will join our Networking & Security Business Unit, focusing on the Baltic markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for both developing new business opportunities and managing existing partner relationships. You will act as a key link between vendors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth in network security and cybersecurity solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop high-potential reseller partners in the Baltics
Acquire new partners through proactive outreach (calls, email, meetings)
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth
Execute and support business development plans
Initiate and support marketing campaigns to generate leads
Deliver product and sales enablement training to partners
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Collaborate closely with internal sales and regional teams
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Networking and Security (IT distribution or vendor side)
Strong background in business development and/or account management
Very good knowledge of the local Baltic market
Fluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, outgoing, and results-driven personality
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
