Expanding our services, LHV Bank now provides personal banking solutions. Our offerings include current accounts with competitive interest rates, fixed-rate bonds for long-term savings, and debit cards.  Customers can conveniently access these services through the LHV App, enabling secure account opening and management.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in London  to join us at this exciting time in our growth as we look to bring new innovative services and products. In the role you will be supported by Business Relationship Managers, Onboarding Managers, Assistants, Implementation Managers and API support, which allows you the time to fully focus on cultivating the strategic relationships with new clients.

You will be part of the LHV Banking Services Commercial team. We sell banking infrastructure and payment services to domestic and international FinTech companies — with a focus on technologically advanced payment companies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell LHV Banking Services to FinTechs to established fintechs and fast growing scale-ups with a particular focus on regulated payments companies. Work across and target multiple business verticals.
  • Build trustful relations with your prospects; lead meetings, close deals, carry out contractual and go live work.
  • Create and manage a network with numerous FinTechs, their key stakeholders, and key integrators.
  • Work with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best possible experience and to develop with your colleagues professionally.
  • Position LHV Banking Services as a top global payment infrastructure provider.

 
OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Prior  experience in payments of fintech roles, successfully selling technically complex products or services.
  • Excellent knowledge and network within Payments & FinTech industries.
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a UK and European team, across different offices, roles and cultures.
  • You are a passionate enterprise salesperson with strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skill, and clear appetite for deals.
  • You are a self-starter and able to own, develop, implement and enhance processes.
  • You are passionate about the benefits of a positive compliance culture and are able to work to deadlines and under pressure managing multiple priorities.
