Your Role
Be the technical and strategic link between our Controls portfolio and key clients—consultants, developers, contractors, and end users. You will:

  • Drive demand from project specification stage
  • Identify vertical markets and tailor solutions
  • Deliver impactful seminars, presentations, and demos
  • Expand brand awareness and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with Field and Product Controls teams

How You’ll Do It
Use your deep Controls knowledge to:

  • Guide design and specification with consultants and developers
  • Align solutions with customer needs via R&D and Product teams
  • Develop tools to support product adoption
  • Maintain accurate records in approved systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in BMS sales or business development
  • Proven systems design expertise and technical knowledge
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Strategic planning and market research experience
  • High-level prospecting and stakeholder engagement
  • Proactive, results-driven, collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel across UK regions outside London
  • Integrity and a can-do attitude
