As one of the world’s largest manufacturers of HVAC and electrification products, the business is experiencing rapid growth in the Australian market, with significant opportunity ahead.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and accelerate Haier’s growth across Western Australia.
Based in Perth, you will be responsible for developing the brand and driving sustained, profitable growth through strong B2B relationships with specialist dealers, resellers and builders.
You will identify opportunities, influence specification, and convert opportunities by delivering compelling, value‑led solutions.
Working with a connected product portfolio covering Solar, Energy Storage, HVAC/Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Appliances, and Hot Water, you will position Haier as a trusted partner for whole‑of‑home energy solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Developing and executing a growth strategy for the WA market
· Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with key business partners
· Driving product specification and sales through solution‑based selling
· Identifying new market opportunities and converting them into revenue
· Representing a global brand with professionalism, integrity, and credibility
What are we looking for?
You are a results‑driven sales professional who thrives in a high‑performance, growth‑focused environment. You build trust naturally, communicate with confidence, and understand how to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You bring:
· Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment
· Strong relationship‑building, presentation, and negotiation skills
· The ability to clearly articulate a differentiated value proposition
· A commercial mindset—thinking like an owner and being accountable for outcomes
· Strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders with the right information
Experience within the building and construction industry will be highly regarded however is not essential.

This a field-based role, that provides great hybrid working flexibility. The role is supported by our office and showroom in Subiaco, as well as our warehouse in Hazelmere.
