We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to grow TD SYNNEX GCC’s presence in Croatia and Slovenia, across both Enterprise and Consumer IT markets.
This role focuses on high-end servers, AI platforms, and next-generation computing products, while also covering standard consumer IT components such as AMD/Intel CPUs, memory modules, and other PC/server components. The position combines strategic account management with hands-on business development.
You will actively identify new opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive profitable growth across all segments.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in Croatia and Slovenia, covering both Enterprise and Consumer customers
Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy and agreed plans
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth in high-value products such as Supermicro servers, AI solutions and related IT infrastructure
Manage and sell standard consumer components including AMD/Intel CPUs, RAM, and other IT hardware
Present solutions and services to key customers, including TaaS
Own and maintain relationships with key vendors
Maintain deep knowledge of assigned products and services
Negotiate and secure key tenders and large deals
Drive sales from opportunity identification through deal closure, including RFPs, tenders, and large-scale projects
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless solutions to customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategy
Support business development initiatives, including vendor onboarding and portfolio expansion
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts
Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset
Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and enable internal and partner teams
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
High energy, self-motivation, and drive to deliver results
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise servers, GPUs, AI platforms and consumer IT components is a strong advantage
Understanding of both Enterprise and Consumer IT markets in Croatia (and Slovenia)
Familiarity with channel, vendors, and competitive landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Degree in business, IT, or related field is an advantage
Previous experience in business development or account management in IT distribution is highly valued
Fluent Croatian and English is required for daily communication
