We are searching for a Business Develooment Manager to join our team.

This position is primarily a Hybrid Account Manager, holding a pivotal role managing two distinct yet synergistic channels: E-commerce and Small Independent Retailers. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on mastering contrasting business models—from data-driven e-commerce scaling to relationship-based offline retail.

Primary skills & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through presenting business growth plans
  • Create sales plans and gather information/coordinate with other departments to execute them to achieve maximum outcome
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze assigned accounts/territory/market’s potential to provide forecast, track sales, and report status
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, BS/BA degree preferred
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in related field with a successful and proven track record. E-commerce sales experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office software proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships thru displaying “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to be a self-starter and problem solver with ROI analysis and consensus building among stakeholders
  • Strive for improved business environment using prioritizing skills backed up by data
  • Exceptional business acumen with strong instinct for growth opportunities using matrix-form analysis and ability to come up with proposals and options
  • Multi-lingual (English highly desired), comfortable working within an international organization and able to influence for positive outcomes
