Job Purpose:  

As Business Development Manager EU for Google Workspace & ChromeOS, you will lead the growth agenda for one of the most strategic vendor portfolios across Europe. Your mission is to translate Google’s growth ambitions into impactful go‑to‑market execution, driving adoption and profitable expansion across priority segments.

Working at the intersection of vendors, sales, marketing and customers, you will shape opportunities, unlock new routes to market and position TD SYNNEX as the trusted advisor in modern workplace solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive profitable growth for Google Workspace & ChromeOS across the EU, executing the agreed business unit strategy

  • Lead strategic deals and large tenders, acting as a commercial and solution expert

  • Own the vendor business plan, from quarterly planning to hands-on execution

  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with customers, partners and Google, positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor

  • Develop and take to market compelling solutions and services, including TaaS

  • Enable and upskill regional sales teams to win deals and grow share of wallet

  • Create differentiated customer value propositions that protect margin and drive long-term engagement

  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM and internal resources to support scalable growth

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry within business development, sales or product marketing, ideally in a channel or vendor environment

  • Strong experience in solution and services-led selling, with a clear strategic mindset

  • Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate at multiple organizational levels

  • Excellent communication skills — confident, clear and impactful in both written and spoken English

  • High levels of emotional intelligence, energy and self-motivation

  • Strong business planning and operational execution skills, with a clear cadence and discipline

  • Experience working in a matrix and European environment

  • Ability to self-manage and thrive in externally facing, fast-paced roles

  • A natural relationship builder with a passion for technology, innovation and customer value
