What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pipeline Generation, identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through networking, direct outreach, marketing collaboration, partners, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement, build trusted relationships with potential clients by understanding their challenges and presenting tailored, compelling solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution, develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Contract Negotiation, own the negotiation and closing process, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaboration, partner with marketing, delivery, solutions architects, and strategic partners to craft comprehensive proposals and position Concentrix Catalyst as the partner of choice.
  • Market Insight, stay across market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor movements to uncover new opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting, manage your pipeline with precision, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting using CRM tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience selling IT, digital consulting, app development, or professional services
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge across Full Stack, MarTech, AI, Digital Cloud, Mobile, and emerging tech
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, self-directed, accountable approach
  • Strong problem-solving ability and commercial acumen
