About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing business opportunities and strengthening relationships within Building Service Contractors (BSC) and Facility Management (FM) customers.

In this role, you will combine business development and account management responsibilities, working closely with strategic BSC customers to drive revenue growth, increase product penetration, and deliver value through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.

The role focuses on developing existing strategic accounts while identifying and closing new sales opportunities within the BSC and FM market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with strategic BSC (Building Service Contractors) customers
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within the BSC and Facility Management segment
• Increase revenue and profitability within assigned accounts
• Promote and position the company’s products and solutions with key customer stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with customers
• Identify customer needs and translate them into commercial opportunities
• Provide technical support and product expertise to ensure the best solutions for customers
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical service and marketing to deliver customer value
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer developments in the BSC and FM sector

Your Profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or key account management
• Experience working with Building Service Contractors, cleaning companies or Facility Management companies
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales development
• Ability to manage complex customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Fluent in English and Polish
