What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the Irish market. You will build your own pipeline from the ground up and take full ownership of the sales cycle, from first contact through to closing.
You will operate in a predominantly outbound environment, without reliance on marketing-generated leads. Your focus will be on proactively identifying and engaging new clients, understanding their needs and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on role where both activity and conversion are essential to success.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and delivering against new business targets, with a strong focus on closing deals and generating revenue
Taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
Building, managing and continuously developing a strong, self-generated pipeline
Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting and networking
Engaging prospects, understanding their needs and presenting tailored, value-driven solutions
Converting opportunities into sustainable, long-term client relationships
Contributing directly to the commercial growth of the Irish business
What We’re Looking For

You are comfortable operating in a high-activity environment, while also bringing the commercial maturity needed to turn opportunities into results. You take ownership, stay resilient in the face of rejection, and are motivated by performance and progression.

In particular, you:
Have a proven track record of closing deals and delivering against targets
Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Take full ownership of your results and are accountable for your performance
Are naturally proactive and do not wait for opportunities to come to you
Are comfortable with outbound sales and consistently engage prospects through phone outreach
Demonstrate resilience and maintain energy in a high-rejection environment
Are competitive, driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
Communicate clearly, build credibility quickly and negotiate with confidence
Have the maturity to convert opportunities into deals, not just generate interest
Are eager to build, grow and make a tangible impact within the business
