The Business Development Leader is responsible for driving profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key retail partners and carrier stakeholders. This role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and team development to ensure sustainable revenue growth and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

$150,000 - $350,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
