Reports to: Business Development Manager
The Business & Development Lead is responsible for identifying, developing and commercializing inland transportation solutions that create value for customers while ensuring profitability and operational feasibility. The role sits within Landside Transportation and plays a key influencing role across Sales and Operations, owning market analysis, product fit, and P&L performance for assigned channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Trade or related fields.
5+ years of experience in inland / ground transportation within commercial or business development roles.
Solid understanding of costs, profitability and inland transportation economics.
Proven ability to influence Sales and Operations stakeholders.
Experience working with customers in logistics or supply chain environments.
