We're looking for a talented Business Development Consultant to join our expanding team, who will be responsible for managing the new business sales process with our SME clients (10-750 employees), focusing on our industry leading Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme.  

You will be the face and the voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles, advising and supporting customers throughout their journey towards setting up a Salary Sacrifice scheme. 

You will bring a passion and dedication to continually improving the Customer Experience along with expertise in rapid relationship building and a genuine passion for sustainability; whilst being an honest, empathetic and an all-round great person.

You will have significant business to business sales experience, a track record of exceptional sales performance, whilst being highly skilled at identifying targets, prospecting, and exceeding customer expectations… you are able to drive direction, navigate the sales cycle, and fully engage within a high performing team.

This role will include an uncapped commission structure, generous car allowance and unlimited time off as part of the overall package and will be based in our central London office 2-3 days a week.
