Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the valuable goods logistics segment (cash, precious metals, jewelry, high-value electronics, confidential documents, etc.).

  • Conduct client prospecting, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

  • Prepare business proposals, pricing, and contracts in line with client requirements.

Account Management

  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

  • Handle commercial escalations in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

  • Provide strategic recommendations related to sales strategy, pricing, and service development.

Coordination, Security & Compliance

  • Collaborate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver secure and compliant logistics solutions.

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal policies and applicable regulations.

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within logistics, cargo, or valuable goods services.

  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, risk management, and high-value cargo security.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
