The Opportunity

Role Purpose

  • Provide day-to-day BD/marketing support that enables the Milan office to execute its growth agenda across practices and sectors: pitches, credentials, events, marketing assets, CRM and basic reporting. 

Key Responsibilities
    
Pitching & Client Development:

  • Assist with pitches/RFPs, capability decks and client presentations; maintain credentials/experience lists; basic client/market research; track post-pitch actions in repositories/CRM.

Marketing & Profile Raising:

  • Update lawyer bios, website and core materials; support directories/awards calendars, evidence gathering and first-drafts.

Events:

  • Help run client seminars/roundtables/receptions (invitations/RSVP, guest lists, on-site support, post-event follow-ups).

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Keep CRM, trackers and credential libraries accurate; prepare concise weekly/monthly BD summaries; liaise with Global BD/MarComms.

Team Operations:

  • Scheduling, meeting notes; support onboarding of laterals (bios, credentials, announcements). 

Skills & Competencies

Essential:

  • Professional Italian & English; clear writing and editing.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Word; discretion and service mindset; collaborative and proactive.

Desirable:

  • Internship/experience in professional services, legal BD/marketing, consulting or communications.
  • Familiarity with CRM and content/pitch repositories; basic Excel/reporting comfort.
