Job Summary
• Business Dev for Commercial Attach, mainly focusing on Peripherals but also coordinating Displays & Dockings with SEMEA market. Works closely with accounts & channel teams providing expertise and initiatives for business expansion across segments

Responsibilities
Support Sales Teams in the day-to-day customer interactions specifically to the attach portfolio Displays, Docks and Peripherals

Product presentation: Present Product and Portfolio Strategy to Sales Teams and provide in depth value propositions and technology insights for focus products
Account Expansion – Partnering with account sales leads & ISR to (co-)develop winning sales strategies for attach expansion in the respective account segments, leveraging data insights to steer sellers to optimal customer targets
Support sales motion from qualification to closing sales win for respective product, pull in TC and as needed to build solution and provide technical support
Product selection: Support Sales Teams in the product selection to optimize customer offering
Pricing support: Provide market/customer specific price recommendations for attach products to sales teams
Provide Expertise on attach offerings and maintain knowledge of competitors value proposition in accounts and support account team to craft winning proposals
Pipeline Management – To partner with sales lead for account to ensure pipeline sizing and tracking and visibility across the sales process; to ensure pipeline for their own product area meets expectations / targets
Strategic Collaboration – To support AE/ISR in account planning, providing input on strategy for respective area and managing specialized conversations;
Assist with Category GTM activities (daily interactions) and elevating Sales Contest tracking and excitement
Quote analytics of Generalist and team quoting trends – coach up under performers
Follow-up on Deals using Attach to improve profitability



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
