Salary: £25,110 - £32,090

Contract Type / Hours: Permanent, 37 Hours

About the Role:

To lead and manage business coordination functions across the Housing & Property Services Directorate. This includes streamlining administrative operations, supporting senior leadership, standardising practices, and driving the successful implementation of systems and service initiatives. Your support and business coordination activities will be critical to the achievement of our regulatory and legislative compliance, KPI’s, goals, objectives and our resident charter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate business planning and service delivery across Housing, Property Services, and Premises & Facilities.
  • Lead and support administrative functions, including mentoring and training the team.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and senior leaders, including diary management, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Act as a central liaison with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee administration for new developments mobilisations and project close downs
