About the Role:
As a Business Controller, you will report to the Head of Business Performance and Financial Planning and collaborate closely with the team consisting of Business controllers, Business Performance managers, Business Analysts, and various stakeholders across the broader organization and Group. You will contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis and benchmarking of financial and operational performance for different geographies and functions.
Create presentations and present findings to key decision-makers.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of financial results.
Contribute to target setting for financial and operational KPIs while measuring the organization against these.
Create and manage PowerBI dashboards, ensuring robust and efficient report distribution.
Provide day-to-day executive management support.
Who You Are:
BSc./MSc. degree in finance/business administration.
1–3 years of relevant working experience, such as audit, consulting or controller.
Analytical mindset, numerical skill, and ability to think holistically.
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, especially PowerBI, is an advantage.
Practical business sense and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate findings and make recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
