Title: Business Continuity & Resiliency Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

The Business Continuity & Resiliency Manager ensures organizational preparedness for disruptions by leading audit readiness, maintaining recovery strategies, and driving crisis management initiatives. This role partners across functions to uphold compliance with ISO 22301 and strengthen enterprise resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads ISO 22301 audit preparation and external engagement, ensuring compliance and readiness for certification.
  • Oversees business continuity planning and crisis management, including development and execution of response strategies.
  • Maintains and tests recovery plans and resiliency procedure documents to validate effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinates local BCC incident response engagement, serving as the primary point of contact during disruptions.
  • Supports the ongoing rollout of the Enterprise Business Impact Assessment (EBIA) program, ensuring accurate criticality assessments across the organization.
  • Utilizes GRC tools to automate and update processes as the resiliency program matures.
  • Partners with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to integrate resiliency into enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Provides training and awareness programs for business continuity and crisis response.
  • Monitors regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep continuity strategies current.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 standards and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

  • CBCP or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer certification.
  • ISO 22301 Auditor certification.
  • Familiarity with resiliency testing methodologies and automation tools.
  • Experience in Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and GRC tool usage.
