The Business Change Manager Sr is responsible for working with Carelon Service Contact Center management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Location: Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
How will you make an impact:
Effectively communicates, plans, and sustains improvement initiatives with key stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement with assigned business unit.
Leads efforts to identify best practices for change management and process improvement.
Identifying impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develop and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Conducts cost/benefit analysis for ROI determination and recommendations for targeted improvements.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Leads key process improvement initiatives.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change, or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is highly preferred.
Expertise in ROI determination and analysis.
Proficiency in conducting cost-benefit analyses.
Strong project management skills or experience as a Program Manager.
Ability to redesign processes and conduct process mapping.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Candidates from all states are welcome, but they must reside within commuting distance of a Pulse Point office location where we have an office to be considered Travels to worksite, client locations, and other sites as necessary.
