Role Purpose
As a Business Architect, you’ll deeply understand key business domains and define how capabilities, processes, and systems align to strategic objectives. You will:
Drive consistent business outcomes by translating strategy into executable frameworks.
Guide end-to-end solution delivery from capability modelling to implementation oversight.
Collaborate across CX, Product, IT, Risk, and Compliance to shape seamless, compliant capabilities.
Strategy & Capability Design
Map and maintain business capability models, value streams, and operating platforms
Analyze opportunities and create business cases for process improvements and product enhancements
Requirements & Solution Governance
Produce high-quality Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
Ensure architecture governance—evaluating compliance, risk, process optimization
Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery Leadership
Facilitate end-to-end delivery with UX, Dev, Analytics, and CI teams
Mentor and share best practices for requirements engineering, stakeholder engagement, and governance ,
Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership
Provide thought leadership in areas like Capability Mapping, Data Stewardship, and Process Optimization,
Identify waste, cost efficiencies, and drive agile ways of working aligned to strategy

7–10+ years in business architecture, enterprise transformation, or similar roles
Proven track record in capability mapping, requirements engineering, business-case development, and governance
Financial services/domain experience is preferred
