Job Summary
The Business and Data Analytics Manager role manages a focused team of individual contributors to ensure efficient service business operations aligned with organizational policies. This role contributes to budget planning and enforces adherence to financial and operational targets. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, cost management, and vendor oversight, leveraging data analytics to optimize processes and support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring compliance and streamlined workflows.
Performance & Analytics: Manage the data analysis function (needs and deliverables), define objectives, monitor KPIs, and use data insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Cost & Budget Management: Support budget development and maintain strict adherence to financial constraints.
Vendor & PO Management: Manage vendor relationships and purchase order processes to optimize cost and service quality.
Process Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally to implement data-driven enhancements and policy updates.
Talent Development: Lead recruitment, performance management, and career growth for team members.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations, engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in project management, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $116,150 to $171,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
