Your Opportunities
Overall
Work within team members within the Finance and Analytics & Insights function to prepare and deliver relevant dashboard reporting required to support business priorities and analysis needs of the organization
Analyze data and proactively identify trends and leading indicators of performance to the relevant business teams/partners
Learn or develop and execute required data and reporting validation processes on external (e.g. IQVIA) and internal (e.g. CRM, Finance, Survey Data) data sources
Work with Analytics & Insights Managers, Squads and field-based teams (as required) to identify ad hoc analytic needs. Complete analysis and generate insights within agreed upon timeframes
Identify and recommend new secondary data sources to complement existing data assets
Work within the Advanced Analytics team to support data science projects from data source identification to data analysis, data compilation, visualization & delivery
Work with Advanced Analytics Team members to identify opportunities to apply new AI/Machine Learning techniques to progress our Advanced Analytics practice
Provide Field force effectiveness insights with data-analysis, business acumen, strategic planning and effective communication to contribute for Field Force planning (size, structure, and territory alignment)
Cross channel customer engagement insights and analysis
System & Application Management
Develop, implement and upgrade business insights systems, applications, and services to meet the needs of our internal customers.
Manage Commercial, KAM & Medical CRM systems to ensure high data quality and robustness
Design and lead the implementation of new performance monitoring tools, analytic initiatives and platforms to drive performance excellence
Provide on-demand support in various data analytics and insights generation activities.
Ensure alignment and standardization of the data and insights quality
In-field Effectiveness
Drive business effectiveness and efficiency via key levers such as standardized working process, KPIs, incentives schemes, data, dashboards and automation. This can include the creation, maintenance and optimization of dashboards to measure performance of campaigns, channels and content across customer segments
Support the Customer Engagement, Customer Insight lead, Finance department,, Marketing enablers in conducting business reviews by sharing key performance indicators aligned to the defined outcomes, and recommend areas for improvement and action plans where appropriate
Partner with the Customer Insights Lead to operationalize customer segmentation into the data collection process and generate meaningful insights for each segment
Audit effectiveness of process, programs and tools, and take necessary actions
Drive customer engagement effectiveness in goals setting, forecasting through target setting based on event driven planning
Design and provide a selection of tools and dashboards for the field force/ MSLs/KAMs to drive performance excellence and improve productivity
Train end users on new processes and procedures on enhancement
Digital Transformation
Leverage the Network to capture learnings and create synergies between Affiliates in data gathering and insights generation processes
Drive digital transformation projects and AI adaption, e.g. automation, data quality and reconciliation
Who you are
Bachelor Degree or above, ideally with Data Analytics, Data Management, IT background
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Operational Excellence, Data System Management, Management Consulting, or similar fields
At least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
At least 3 years of experience in database management, expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, and Access
At least 3 years of experience with salesforce.com (CRM), SAP Business Objective applications and environments
Experience in Global or regional role/ projects is a plus
Working with senior leadership in a matrix environment
