The Business Analytics Manager, Global Imaging, leads a team of analytics professionals to develop advanced analytics solutions for the Global Imaging Marketing organization. This role is the focal point for analytics, dashboards, and automation, providing insights on market segmentation, sizing, forecasting, market share, and commercial performance. The manager partners closely with Global Imaging Marketing leadership, supporting key processes such as Monthly Operating Reviews, Market Forecasting, and Long-Term Strategy.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analytics professionals that can effectively interpret and analyze results, providing clear and concise insights on trends and drivers to the Imaging leadership team.    
• Lead commercial analytics reporting, including market forecasting and overall commercial analytics, including market, funnel, backlog, orders, and sales
• Oversee the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards, driving standard work through structured reporting and analytics automation.
• Collaborate with Global Imaging Marketing leadership to identify analytics needs and opportunities.
• Develop standard and differentiated analytics aligned with sub-segment priorities.
• Build agile dashboard development capabilities and reporting tools that enable data-driven insights for business strategy and operations.
• Develop analytical and automation capabilities within the team.
• Coordinate across functions and regions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through a scalable analytics approach.
• Own the performance, assessment, coaching, and enablement processes for the Business Analytics team.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

Required Qualifications:

• Substantive experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
• Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead a team within a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, and Tableau.
• Executive level presentation skills.
• Action- and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, including documentation, planning, and execution.
• Established project management skills.

Desired Characteristics:

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
