Business Analytics Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

As a Business Analytics Advisor, you will partner closely with operational and business leaders to shape decisions through analytics, storytelling, and actionable measurement. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and collaboration—helping teams improve performance, enhance customer experience, and continuously evolve how analytics creates value.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities where analytics can improve outcomes, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Lead the intake, prioritization, and delivery of reporting, dashboards, and data integration solutions that support strategic and operational goals.
  • Design, develop, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, trends, and drivers of results.
  • Translate complex data from multiple sources into clear insights and recommendations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership on analytical methods, data usage, and value measurement, enabling teams to become more data-driven.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support effective delivery.
  • Strengthen data quality, governance, and documentation to ensure trust, accuracy, and consistency across reporting solutions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve analytical processes and tools.
  • Serve as a dynamic liaison across Operations, IT, Product, and Strategy partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifications - Required

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering analytical solutions where performance measurement and insights were core outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and influence stakeholders through data.
  • Experience working with relational databases and interpreting schemas, crosswalks, and data models.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean-Agile environments.

Qualifications - Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, provider, or operational analytics environments.
  • Experience coaching teams on best practices for data interpretation and storytelling.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
