  • Support application configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
  • Troubleshoot technical application issues during transformation and coordinate with development/infrastructure teams for resolution
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including application inventories, architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, RTMs, migration plans, and system specifications
  • Assist in change management and technical training efforts for transformed applications
  • Support continuous improvement of the modernisation process through lessons learned and best practices

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in application modernization/transformation programmes
  • Proven experience with legacy-to-cloud migrations (on-premise to Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Understanding of application architecture - ability to document technical components, integrations, and dependencies
  • Experience assessing applications for cloud readiness and defining transformation approaches
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization, and modern application patterns
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation, technical analysis, data analysis and presentation, stakeholder engagement and management
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Experience with a range of application types (Enterprise, Custom, Packaged) and transformation patterns (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, refactoring)
  • Technical documentation skills - architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, API specifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
